7 months agoI was quite satisfied with the hot food. Fries were crispy and scrumptious and the burger was Amazing as well. Staff at the South Fraser location , opposite the seven oaks mall are always a Happy bunch of people.

7 months agoWent through the drive thru. The employee was polite and understood my points code and order. It was quick and hot and correct! This is the complete opposite experience from the Mission location. That one is awful.

7 months ago3 of us came in to redeem a handful of our monopoly prizes each, and they were absolutely kind and generous with the amount they were willing to redeem. Very fast service, food is hot and fresh. We unfortunately timed it wrong and despite being the start of a rush they did a great job. We're sorry for the inconvenience it caused. We feel bad. Thank you again so much guys. Keep up the awesome work.

7 months agoWe couldn't wait to try McDonald's Happy Meal Boo Buckets on their Canadian release date! We fell in love with the adorable buckets, colorful stickers, and, of course, the classic Happy Meal treats. Available in 4 fun colors, it was a treat for kids and kids-at-heart!

7 months agoAttention ceo/manager of clearbrook McDonald's I would like to send the highest commendation to the most amazing professional ever named Arshdeep-she is such a great professional as we had a really bad experience for missing out on the Grinch socks, that someone had forgotten to put in the order.. there was also another day where we were told that they didn't even have the socks in at that time. Today, i discussed this with Arshdeep and she apologized for what had happened with this bad experience.. she had taken this negative experience and really cared about us as customers.. she made sure that the socks were included today for our order - we absolutely appreciate this great professional and we trust that McDonald's will give her the highest commendation for going above and beyond and representing McDonald's 110%!! Most importantly, she truly cared about us as customers

7 months agoPretty busy place. Mostly, kids are working at this location, or maybe insufficient training has been given, so you may expect some delays in getting your orders.

7 months agoI stepped on the scale a few days ago before I got McDonalds and I weighed 100. After my 3 Medium fries and A diet coke(cuz i’m so healthy) I gained 57.3 pounds! I’m so fat now and I am bullied by the society! Thank you so much McDonalds:)
